Dear Mr. Tripathi and the Dabbawala
team,
I just wanted to send a quick note to
say thanks for organizing a fantastic
meeting and visit to your Church Gate
operations
last month. Our Stanford GSB group
thoroughly enjoyed listening to your
presentation on how the Dabbawala system
works and
learned a lot about what “real” India is
like. It was a great meeting overall and
we sincerely appreciate the time and
effort
you put into it.
We had a super trip to India (check out

) and a particularly good time in
Mumbai.
