have following complaints: 1) Your person is not willing to deliver the lunch box at my office but wants to keep it downstairs where the box can lie without anyone attendxing to it. 2) He does not pick up the lunch box regularly. Hence, my lunch box is lying in my office, uncleaned for 3 and many times evenupto 15 days, when I on tour, and it gets spoiled. This affects the food quality the next day.The lunch box smells badly and develops fungus. 3) He says that since he is the only person for this area, nobody can do anything to him - which I feel is trying to threatening your customer.
